These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the agreement between BLICKTECH SOLUTION CO., LTD. (“we”, “us”) and the users and customers (“you”) who use our website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our website and services.

2. Scope of Services

We provide enterprise communications and IT infrastructure services, including:

  • System installation
    Design and installation of CCTV, Network and IP Phone systems.
  • Wholesale supply
    Supply of Network and CCTV equipment at wholesale prices for contractors, resellers and retailers.
  • Maintenance
    System maintenance and support under annual maintenance (MA) contracts.

3. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the document (typically 15–30 days). Pricing and scope may change if project requirements change.

An order or engagement is confirmed once both parties provide written confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Quoted prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms, including deposits and instalments, are specified in each project's quotation or contract.

5. Installation and Customer Responsibilities

  • Site access
    You must provide access to the site, electrical supply and a suitable environment for installation.
  • Accurate information
    You must provide complete and accurate site details and requirements so the design and installation meet your objectives.
  • Proper use
    You should operate and maintain the system per our guidance to preserve performance and warranty rights.

6. Warranty

Supplied equipment is warranted under each manufacturer's terms. Installation work is warranted for the period stated in each project contract.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, natural disasters, power surges, or modification and repair by unauthorized third parties.

7. Maintenance Contracts (MA)

Maintenance under an annual (MA) contract has a scope of work, inspection frequency and response time as set out in each individual contract.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, logos, text, images and design on this website are the property of the company. Reproduction, modification or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once published on the website. Please review this page periodically.
